The boot camp is a newly-created programme designed especially for parents and carers of teens with anxiety. Over the course of 5 daily live trainings, Dawn will share insights, exercises and techniques to help parents restore calm and balance to themselves, their families and their teens.
The boot camp takes place from 22nd to 26th May (Monday to Friday). The daily trainings will take place in a private Facebook community.
The boot camp is best experienced in the Facebook group. But don't worry if you're not on Facebook. The daily trainings will be posted on a private web page and emailed out daily to participants.
