Refund, Return, and CancellationsFor 1-2-1 services including RTT and coaching, full refunds will be given provided a refund request is received from you no later than 48 hours before the first session (pre-RTT, RTT or coaching).
Refunds are not offered on Self Guided RTT programmes including but not limited to Ultimate Confidence and Self Belief. For all other products and services, we deal with refunds, returns, and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is for you to be absolutely happy with your product. PaymentsPayments for 1-2-1 services are arranged at the time of booking either through bank transfer or Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in GBP. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment. You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card including any fees related to your card provider. We do not store your financial information on our platform. We use Stripe - a third party service provider- to process all payments. Stripe will store your details and will use these details for payments including recurring payments on memberships. Delivery of OrdersAudio downloads ordered from the website are sent out immediately via email. When you purchase an item from our site you will be given an option to create an account. You can login to your account and check all your orders and downloads. Please email

Cancellation Refund For Live EventsWhilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason Dawn Quest cancels an event, all course fees will be returned in full. We cannot, however, reimburse the cost of any expenses, travel or accommodation arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred.
