More and more teens are struggling with mental health issues like anxiety, panic, depression and stress. But our health services are literally swamped and are unable to cope.

​For a teen, anxiety can feel overwhelming and out of control. It has them in its grip and completely takes over their life. What to know before you purchase
Breaking the Anxiety Habit for Teens is a combined recorded self-study and live group session programme, covering general issues of anxiety, confidence and self-belief for children ages 11+. It includes 4 x weekly group sessions where I help participants with individual questions within the group setting. It also includes parental support via email during practice hours (Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday, 9am - 2pm). It does not include RTT or hypnotherapy services or individual coaching sessions. For individual and personal RTT sessions for your child please visit my page RTT for Children and Teens
All purchases are final. Refunds will only be given if a refund request is made no later than 48 hours before the beginning of the course on 3rd January 2023. Please read the information on this page carefully before buying the programme.
Results from completing the Breaking the Anxiety Habit for Teens programme cannot be guaranteed. Dawn has a high level of success with her clients, but everyone is different and everyone processes the session in a different way. 

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Breaking the Anxiety Habit for Teens programme?
The programme brings together all of the exercises and techniques I use in my private individual sessions into an effective group programme. The course includes weekly videos and exercises that your teen can work through in their own time during the week, supported by 4 weekly live group Zoom sessions.
How long are the weekly lessons and group sessions
Each weekly video lesson is around 10 - 15 minutes long so as not to take up too much of your child's time, and also to be easy to follow. Live group sessions take place every Thursday over the course of the programme and are around 45 minutes to an hour long. The weekly live sessions are recorded so your child can watch them at another 
Does my child have to attend the live group sessions?
It's not essential that your child attends the weekly sessions. All sessions will be recorded so they can watch back in their own time. However, in my experience, a big part of overcoming anxiety is about starting to reconnect in a social setting, so I would really recommend your child attend weekly. They don't have to participate or talk - there's no pressure if they feel nervous or anxious. Hopefully, over the course of the programme, they will feel more relaxed and able to join in.
Does my child have to talk during group sessions?
I know that for children and teens struggling with anxiety, taking part in group sessions can feel very daunting. Your child does not have to talk or speak during the group sessions and I will never put them on the spot. If they feel more comfortable with the video setting off to begin with that's okay, but I would encourage them to start turning the camera on and engaging more over the course of the 4 weeks.
Will the programme help my child become less anxious and more confident?
The exercises and techniques I use during the programme are very effective at helping children, teens and adullts break the pattern of anxious thoughts and feelings. I have a high success rate with my clients.

However, your child's progress does depend on them accessing and learning from the course content. The more they engage with the programme content, the more likely they are to learn ways to manage anxious thoughts and feelings.
What is the No More Anxiety membership?
I recognise that ongoing support after the 4-week course is completed is useful. The No More Anxiety membership involves one group support session a month, where I work through individual areas to help support your teen as they become more confident and resilient. The Breaking the Anxiety Habit for Teens course includes 3 months' free membership. After this period, membership is £40 a month or £440 annually if paid in advance. You will  be sent an email letting you know how to register once the 3 months is completed.
Does the programme include hypnosis or RTT?
The programme does not include hypnosis or RTT. For individual RTT sessions for your child, please visit my page Rapid Transformational Therapy for Children and Teens.
Is there support for parents during the programme?
As a parent of a teen enrolled in my programme, you may email me at any time during practice hours if you have any questions or concerns.
