Hi, I’m Dawn  – and I help parents and children fix childhood sleep issues once and for all, in as little as 21 days.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and coach working with many children with sleep problems, I’ve created the Perfect Sleep Plan. combining  Rapid Transformational Therapy and effective coaching techniques to promote easy and effortless sleep.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a powerful form of hypnotherapy that I have seen deliver real and effective results with my clients time and again. It’s particularly effective with helping children with sleep problems, from as young as 3 up to teenage years.

The Perfect Sleep Plan is proven to help children:

Sleep Issues in Children and Teens

The Perfect Sleep Plan for Children - what's involved?

By the time parents come to see me, they’ve usually  been heroically battling their child’s sleep issues for months and sometimes years.

When children struggle to get to sleep by themselves, it can put a huge strain on Mum and Dad at a time when they’re also trying to cope with other daily demands: work, looking after other children, and caring for elderly or sick parents. In most cases,  parents are often in need of a good night’s sleep themselves.

That’s where the Perfect Sleep Plan can help.

The very first step in the Plan is a free consultation call with me followed by a separate call with your child via Zoom. This call is free of charge and is useful for me to understand more about your child’s sleep issue but also so that your child can get to know me a little bit and see if I’m someone they want to work with.

The next step is an RTT session to get to the root cause of the sleep issue and to help foster a strong belief in your child that they actually can sleep easily and effortlessly all by themselves. In most cases, children have convinced themselves (and their parents) that they can’t.

Lastly, I work with parents to reintroduce good sleep hygiene alongside setting new boundaries around bedtime to make better sleep a lifelong habit.

Opposite is an overview of the plan but sometimes parents do want and need further follow up sessions which I am happy to talk to you about in more detail

The Perfect Sleep Plan

RTT for children and teenagers - The Perfect Sleep Plan for Children - Dawn Quest |www.dawnquest.co.uk

* RTT hypnotherapy session with your child via Zoom

* First follow-up with you.
(2 days after RTT via email)

* First follow-up session with you and /or your child separately.
(7 to 10 days after RTT – via Zoom)

* Second follow-up session with you and/or your child separately
(21 days after RTT – via Zoom)

* Your child will be given their own personalised hypnosis recording which I ask them to listen to for the duration of the 21-day plan.

I had been looking into hypnotherapy and decided against it when I was told my son needed 12 sessions at £75 a session! I found out about RTT and came across Dawn. After the first session, my son slept in his own room on his own and stayed asleep the whole night. He has been consistently doing this now for a few months, with only a couple of nights of waking. It's been incredible. It's the best thing we've ever done!
