How the Course Works

Once you sign up for 6 Days to Inner Calm you’ll receive a Welcome email and your Day One lesson plan so you can get started straight away. You’ll then receive daily lessons straight to your inbox every day for the next five days.

While the course is intended to last 6 days, you can take the programme at your own pace and in your own time.

Each daily lesson plan includes a:

Daily Video

A 5-10 minute video covering a different calming exercise every day.

Meditation Audio

A 5-10 min meditation audio that will help support your progress to feeling calmer and changing old, outworn habits of thought

Workbook Exercise

A 10-15 min exercise to help you understand the subconscious thoughts and feelings contributing to stress and anxiety


What is Rapid Transformational Therapy? RTT is a powerful form of therapy created by Marisa Peer, combining hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and elements of psychotherapy.
Is the 6 Days to Inner Calm programme suitable for me? The 6 Days to Inner Calm programme is designed as a very gentle but powerful programme for women offering a short introduction to RTT combined with meditation and coaching techniques. RTT is not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy or schizophrenia. If you have any health issues or concerns it is advised that you check with your doctor or medical practitioner before starting this programme.
How soon can I start the programme once I have signed up? Immediately! A Welcome email and Day One of the programme will be emailed to you directly as soon as you’ve made your payment.
How much time do I need a day to complete the programme. Each daily lesson is broken down into three segments: a video, a workbook exercise and a mediation audio. Together they take no more than 30 minutes a day to complete, with the exception of Day Four, which has a longer RTT session. You can do all the segments in one go, or complete them at different times throughout the day.
Can I share 6 Days to Inner Calm with friends and family? Sorry, no. The 6 Days to Inner Calm programme cannot be shared with friends and family, but please do share this page if you know someone you think would benefit from this programme.
