How to use the audio therapies

Hypnosis
Dawn Quest hypnosis recordings are best listened to without distraction, in a comfortable place, either sitting in a supportive chair or lying on a bed. It's best if you listen to your recording with headphones, but not essential. You can listen at nightime, in bed, and fall asleep to the recording - it will still have a powerful effect.

During the recording you will be in hypnosis, so please do not operate heavy machinery or be in a situation where your safety requires your full concentration.

To get the full benefit of the recordings, it's best to listen at least once a day for a minimum of 21 days. You can listen for longer than 21 days, or come back to the recording in future as and when you need it - 21 days is the length of time research has shown most effective for embedding more positive and long-lasting habits. You can also listen to your recording more than once a day if you would like to. The more often you listen to it, the more powerful the end result.

To get the full benefit of the recordings, it's best to listen at least once a day for a week or two weeks - and then to listen as often as you feel is required to achieve the desired result.
